<p>The ZeQuiz platform from GolriGames may incorporate certain features based on artificial intelligence technologies to assist users in creating and managing content.</p>



<p>These features may, in particular, enable the generation, suggestion, or <strong>translation</strong> of quiz-related content.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">2. How AI Features Work</h2>



<p>Artificial intelligence features can be used to:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>assist users in drafting questions or content</li>



<li>provide quiz suggestions</li>



<li>translate quiz content into different languages</li>



<li>improve the user experience</li>
</ul>



<p>Content generated or translated by these systems is provided <strong>for assistance purposes</strong> and may require validation or modification by the user.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">3. Responsibility for Generated or Translated Content</h2>



<p>The user remains solely responsible for the content they choose to publish or use in their quizzes, including when such content has been generated, suggested, or translated by an artificial intelligence system.</p>



<p>It is the user’s responsibility to verify the relevance, accuracy, and legality of the generated or translated content.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">4. Use of Data</h2>



<p>Content submitted to artificial intelligence features may be processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested features.</p>



<p>GolriGames does not use this content to train its own artificial intelligence models, unless explicitly stated otherwise.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">5. Limitations of AI Systems</h2>



<p>Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results.</p>



<p>GolriGames does not guarantee the accuracy or relevance of content generated or translated by these systems.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">6. Changes to Features</h2>



<p>The artificial intelligence features offered by the platform may evolve to improve the service and user experience.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">7. Service Providers and Technologies Used</h2>



<p>Certain artificial intelligence features may rely on services or technologies provided by third-party providers.</p>



<p>The list of providers that may be used in connection with the artificial intelligence features is available in<strong>the appendix regarding providers and subcontractors</strong>.</p>



<p>Certain artificial intelligence features may also be operated directly by GolriGames using <strong>language models executed locally on the platform’s infrastructure</strong>, without relying on external services.</p>



<p>In this case, the content processed in connection with these features is processed solely within the technical environment operated by GolriGames.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">1. Purpose</h2>



<p>In connection with the operation of the ZeQuiz service, Golrigames may engage technical service providers (subcontractors) to provide hosting, operation, or certain features of the platform.</p>



<p>These service providers may be involved in the following services:</p>

<li>payment processing</li>

<p>This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) governs the processing of Personal Data carried out by <strong>GolriGames SAS</strong>, operator of the <strong>ZeQuiz</strong> platform, on behalf of its clients.</p>



<p>For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”):</p>

<li>the Client acts as the <strong>Data Controller</strong>;</li>



<li>GolriGames acts as the <strong>Data Processor</strong>.</li>
</ul>



<p>This DPA supplements the <strong>ZeQuiz Terms of Use</strong>.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2. Description of the Services</strong></h2>



<p>ZeQuiz is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided by GolriGames that enables organizers to create and host interactive quizzes accessible via a web browser.</p>



<p>The Services include, in particular:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>creating and managing quizzes;</li>



<li>hosting real-time quiz sessions;</li>



<li>enabling participation via mobile devices or computers;</li>



<li>collecting information from participants where applicable;</li>



<li>managing user accounts and subscriptions.</li>
</ul>



<p>Personal Data is processed solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>3. Nature and Purpose of Processing</strong></h2>



<p>GolriGames processes Personal Data on behalf of the Client for the following purposes:</p>

<li>providing and operating the platform;</li>



<li>enabling participation in quiz sessions;</li>



<li>storing data collected during sessions;</li>



<li>transmitting results and collected data to the Client;</li>



<li>ensuring the security of the Services;</li>

<li>maintaining and improving the Services.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>4. Client Content and Data</strong></h2>



<p>In the course of using the Services, the Client may create, upload, and distribute content via the ZeQuiz platform, including quizzes, questions, answers, images, and data collection forms.</p>



<p>Such content and any Personal Data collected through the quizzes are determined and controlled by the Client.</p>



<p>GolriGames acts solely as a technical service provider supplying the infrastructure necessary to create and operate quizzes.</p>



<p>GolriGames <strong>shall not use such content or Personal Data for its own purposes</strong>, except where strictly necessary for the operation, security, and technical improvement of the Services.</p>



<p>The Client remains solely responsible for the lawfulness of the content published and the Personal Data collected via the platform.</p>

<p>Personal Data shall be deleted upon account deletion or upon the Client’s request, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>8. Instructions of the Client</strong></h2>



<p>GolriGames shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Client and within the scope of the normal use of the Services.</p>



<p>The Client determines, in particular:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>the categories of data collected;</li>



<li>the purposes of processing;</li>



<li>retention periods;</li>



<li>communications made to Data Subjects.</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>9. Client Obligations</strong></h2>



<p>The Client undertakes to:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>comply with applicable data protection laws;</li>



<li>provide appropriate information to Data Subjects;</li>



<li>obtain all required consents where necessary;</li>



<li>refrain from collecting <strong>Special Categories of Personal Data</strong> within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR via the platform;</li>



<li>not use the Services for unlawful purposes.</li>
</ul>



<p>The Client remains solely responsible for the lawfulness of the processing carried out via its use of the Services.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>10. GolriGames Obligations</strong></h2>



<p>GolriGames undertakes to:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>process Personal Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services;</li>



<li>ensure the confidentiality of Personal Data;</li>



<li>implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures;</li>



<li>restrict access to Personal Data to authorized personnel only;</li>



<li>notify the Client without undue delay in the event of a Personal Data Breach.</li>
</ul>



<p>GolriGames shall not claim any ownership rights over Personal Data processed on behalf of the Client.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>11. Sub-processors</strong></h2>



<p>GolriGames may engage sub-processors for the provision of the Services, including for:</p>

<li>hosting;</li>



<li>cloud infrastructure;</li>



<li>payment processing;</li>



<li>technical service providers.</li>
</ul>



<p>GolriGames shall ensure that such sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those set out in this DPA.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>12. Assistance</strong></h2>



<p>Taking into account the nature of the processing, GolriGames shall assist the Client, to the extent reasonably possible, in:</p>

<li>responding to requests for exercising Data Subject rights;</li>



<li>managing security incidents;</li>



<li>ensuring compliance with GDPR obligations.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>13. Security</strong></h2>



<p>GolriGames shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against:</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">1. Introduction</h2>



<p>In order to operate and manage <a href="http://zequiz.com">zequiz.com</a> (the Site)—acting as a controller under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)—<strong>GolriGames</strong> (the Company) may collect data from the user(s).</p>



<p>ZeQuiz, hereinafter referred to as the “Service,” is a SaaS solution that allows the Customer to host interactive games for an audience of players in real time via web browsers. The Service is available on the websites <a href="http://dashboard.zequiz.com">dashboard.zequiz.com</a> and <a href="http://api.zequiz.com">api.zequiz.com</a> , as well as the domain and subdomains of <em>zequiz.live</em></p>



<p>In order to operate and manage the Service, the Company collects data from registered Users.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">2. Preamble</h2>



<p>The Company upholds the highest standards of privacy and takes all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of user data.</p>



<p>We will not use the information collected in any way, shape, or form for purposes other than the provision of the service. Furthermore, any other content you provide to us will be kept strictly confidential.</p>



<p>However, even if you decide to no longer receive communications from the Company, we reserve the right to contact you regarding the status of your account or any other matter that may affect our service to you and/or our records regarding you.</p>

<p>Data used to respond to contact requests or inquiries is retained for a maximum of <strong>1 year</strong>.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5.2 User account data</h3>



<p>Data necessary for using the service is retained for the entire duration of the contract.</p>



<p>In the event of prolonged account inactivity, data may be deleted after a maximum period of <strong>3 years without activity</strong>, unless otherwise required by law. Activity includes, in particular, logging into the account or using the service.</p>



<p>If the account is deleted, this data is deleted within a maximum of <strong>15 days</strong>, unless otherwise required by law.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5.3 Data Collected Through Quizzes</h3>



<p>Certain data may be collected by quiz organizers via the service.</p>



<p>This data is collected under the organizer’s responsibility. The Company acts solely as a technical service provider and does not use it for its own purposes.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5.4 Technical Data and Security</h3>



<p>Technical data necessary for the security of the service (including connection logs and IP addresses) may be retained for a maximum period of <strong>12 months</strong>.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5.5 Billing data</h3>



<p>Data necessary for billing is retained for <strong>10 years</strong>, in accordance with legal obligations.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>6. Cookies</strong></h2>



<p>While users are browsing the Site, the Company may use cookies stored on the user’s hard drive.</p>



<p>When users visit the Site to browse, the Company asks users, via a banner on the Site’s homepage, whether they accept the use of cookies on their computer.</p>

<p>Marketing cookies are used to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns implemented by the Company via Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads.</p>



<p>These cookies are identified by the following names:<em>MUID</em>,<em>_uetvid</em>,<em>_uetsid</em>,<em>_uetsid_exp</em>,<em>_uetvid_exp</em>,<em>MSPTC</em>.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">6.3 Statistical cookies</h3>



<p>Statistical cookies collect information about how you use the site (cookies with the prefixes _pk, matomo, mtm). The data is stored and managed solely by Golrigames using the Matomo solution (a sovereign solution).</p>

<p>Based on the personally identifiable information you provide, we may send you a welcome email and newsletters. <li>Obtain a copy of the personal data being processed; for additional copies requested, the data controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs</li>



<li>Obtain from the data controller, without undue delay, the rectification of their inaccurate personal data</li>



<li>Have their personal data erased by the data controller without undue delay, if the grounds set forth in the GDPR, Article 17, apply, including, for example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing or if the data is considered unlawful, and again, if there are no conditions described by law; and in any event, if the processing is not justified by another equally legitimate reason;</li>



<li>To obtain a restriction of processing from the data controller, in the cases described in Article 18 of the GDPR, for example when they have contested the accuracy of the data, for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of the data. They must be notified, within a reasonable time, even when the suspension period has expired or the cause for the restriction of processing has been eliminated, and the restriction itself has therefore been lifted;</li>



<li>Obtain information from the data controller regarding the recipients who have received requests for rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing that have been implemented, except where this is impossible or involves disproportionate processing</li>



<li>Receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom the data was provided, in the cases described in Article 20 of the GDPR, and the right to have their personal data transmitted directly from one data controller to another, if technically feasible.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>11. Processing Related to AI (Artificial Intelligence)</strong></h2>



<p>As part of the artificial intelligence features offered by the Service, we process only the content you choose to submit to these features.</p>



<p>Your account data (identity, contact information, billing details, settings, login logs, etc.) is never used by these AI processing operations. These operations are performed on your behalf, potentially with specialized service providers (OpenAI) subject to strict security and confidentiality obligations, without using your content to train models without your consent.</p>



<p>Prompts, outputs, and technical logs may be retained for traceability and security purposes for twelve (12) months, after which they are deleted or anonymized.</p>
