| Library | The entire collection of quizzes created by the ZeQuiz team, available to all accounts. You can draw questions or entire quizzes from it to reuse in your own quizzes. |
| Quiz | A set of questions grouped under a title (e.g., "80s Music," "General Knowledge"). This is the content unit. You can create your own quiz or pick one from the library. You'll find quiz types such as Question/Answer, Drawing, or Categories. |
| Question | A question forming part of a quiz. Text-only, with image, with music, multiple images, "finish the lyrics," multiple-choice or open-ended answer… |
| Game | The game container: this is where you assemble one or more quizzes (or pick-and-choose questions), select the game mode (live, hosted, automatic, or delayed), and break the game down into rounds. A "game" here refers to a configuration, not a match that has actually been played yet. |
| Round | A segment within a game. Each round can have its own mode, type, and set of questions. You string rounds together to structure your evening. Depending on the round mode (Q&A, categories, drawing), you can choose the type: timer, point loss, battle royale, flexi-quiz, etc. |
| Game session | A specific instance of a game in progress. It is the entity that has a URL, a QR code, a validity period (ranging from 24 hours for live games to one month for delayed ones), and connected players. You create a session based on a game, launch it, and then close it. |
